The signup form
When you send the "Get on the list" form, your email address, practice name and state come to me by email, through Gmail. I use them to reach out about DPC Ready and for nothing else.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 counts page views and shows which pages get used. It sets cookies and collects details like your browser, device, rough location and the pages you visit.
Microsoft Clarity records anonymized sessions and heatmaps: where people scroll and click.
Google and Microsoft handle that data under their own policies: Google and Microsoft.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, like IP addresses and request times, to run and protect the service.
The demo clinic
Saltmeadow Family Medicine at /demo/ is made up. Its forms store and send nothing, and its join flow asks for no personal details. Google Analytics counts visits there; Clarity does not record the demo.
What I don't do
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it beyond what this page describes.
Your choices
Email me to have your signup deleted. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker.
