The first 10 clinics keep $99 and $149 for as long as they stay. After that, $129 and $189.

Leave anytime. Your domain, your words and your photos go with you.
Questions about the bill
- What counts as an edit?
- Changes to what your site already has: prices, hours, words, photos, a new clinician, your status. Email what you want changed. Something new, like a whole new page, we talk through first.
- Do I need a domain?
- Keep the one you have, or register one in your name and I'll connect it. Either way the domain is yours.
- Is email included?
- No. Keep the email you use now. The site works with any address.
- What about HIPAA?
- No form on your site asks for patient details. Names, contact info, the agreement and payment are entered in your EHR or Stripe, and DPC Ready never sees them. Site analytics count page views and Join clicks only, with no session recording on pages that lead to sign-up.
- Not open yet?
- $99 a month with everything in Site + Join until opening day, for up to six months. Then your plan starts. How a site works before opening day.
- How does yearly billing work?
- You pay for ten months and get twelve: $990 for Site, $1,490 for Site + Join.
- Is there a contract?
- No minimum. Cancel in the first six months and a one-time $300 build fee covers the build. After that, nothing.
