I'm a mechanical engineering graduate and an EMT, back in the classroom finishing prerequisite coursework and applying to osteopathic medical schools.

Someday I want to open a direct primary care clinic of my own. A doctor with time for each patient and a price you can read before you walk in is the kind of medicine I'd be glad to spend a career on. Building sites for the clinics already doing it is a happy way to start.

I've had a lot of good days in mobile clinics in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, translating between patients and the physicians, PAs and NPs treating them. Watching paper charts fail to follow patients is why my sister, my brother and I built the offline charting system those clinics carry now.

One rule from the first client on: your data is yours. Patient records stay in your EHR, and nothing from your site is sold or used for anyone but you.

You deal with me, start to finish. josiahfalde@gmail.com
